The Bliss pillow should not be machine washed: indeed, its particular structure may be heavily altered as well as the very fragile seams due to the weight of the fill. We will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund if the latter has been put in a washer/dryer. We therefore advise you to “opt for a pillow protector and use a specialized cleaner.

Focus on cleaning the stain rather than washing your entire bedding.
