Yes, your new AngelRest mattress is covered by a 10-year warranty on all its components and a 15-year warranty on the Prestige foams (orange foam) and latex that compose it. The comfort layers on the surface mold to your body and work extensively to relieve pressure points and support your body. Even though we use the highest material densities, a normal loss of support over the years is expected. In the event that this loss affects your comfort, unlike any other mattress, you have the option to simply remove or replace the comfort layers that are no longer suitable, and your mattress will then be practically like new and will last for many more years.

In the event of a component deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect or structural anomaly, AngelRest will proceed with the replacement of the defective layers that compose it or the repair of the AngelRest mattress (at the manufacturer’s discretion).

The limited warranty does not cover the normal increase in the softness of the mattress or the decrease in its ability to slowly return to its initial profile, which are normal aspects of use. This warranty also does not cover the deterioration of the cellular structure of the material, which would reveal an impression less than three-quarters (0.75) of an inch in the mattress. Such deterioration exceeding three-quarters (0.75) of an inch would be covered. This warranty is valid only with proper installation. Your mattress must not be stained and should be placed on a flat and rigid surface, such as a centrally supported platform, a central-support box spring (at least 2 central legs for Double, Queen, and King sizes), or a rigid slatted bed spaced 2.5 inches or less. Installing a mattress on a bed with curved and/or flexible slats will automatically void the warranty of your mattress. The warranty applies to material defects in the mattress that result in the breakdown of the material despite normal use and proper handling.

Our vacuum-sealed rolled mattresses can be sent directly to your door for free in Quebec. Some remote regions may have transportation fees. We will contact you before proceeding with your order if that’s the case. For our non-rolled collection or deliveries by our trucks with installation and old mattress removal service, we offer free delivery in our area between L’Annonciation and Montreal along the Highway 15 axis. For any other area, the delivery cost varies depending on your location. Feel free to contact us to confirm your delivery costs.
